Dosage:
Fruquintinib has to take orally once daily for 21 days with or without food as directed by patient doctor.
The recommended dosage of Fruquintinib is 5 mg taken orally once daily for 21 consecutive days, followed by 7 days off treatment, making up a 28-day treatment cycle. It should be taken at the same time each day, with or without food. Treatment is continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs. Dose adjustments may be required based on individual tolerance and adverse effects.
