Indication: 

CISPLATIN, is a prescription medicine used to treat advanced testicular cancer, advanced ovarian cancer. CISPLATIN also works for advanced bladder cancer.(cisplatin injection) infusion concentrate is a sterile clear and colorless liquid that comes in amber vials. Each vial of 50 mL or 100 mL contains: 1 mg/mL of cisplatin, 9 mg/mL of sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide to make the pH close to 4.0, and water for injection to fill up the vial.
Cisplatin is a heavy metal complex that has a platinum atom in the center with two chlorine atoms and two ammonia molecules attached to it in the cis position. It dissolves in water or saline at 1 mg/mL and in dimethylformamide at 24 mg/ml. It melts at 207° C.

Dosage:
