Indication

Acalabrutinib, generic Calquence is a prescription medicine used to treat Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have received at least one treatment for their cancer, or Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).

Dosage

Acalabrutinib has to take orally twice a day with or without food (about 12 hours apart).

Acalabrutinib may not work as well if you take medicines that lower the amount of acid in your stomach. You should take acalabrutinib 2 hours before or after any antacid. You should also take acalabrutinib before any H2 blocker (such as ranitidine, famotidine). Do not take proton pump inhibitors (such as omeprazole, pantoprazole) with acalabrutinib.
